Just 24 hours and over 20,000 music plays on her Myspace page later, Adaline’s career has exploded internationally. Hundreds of messages of support, not only for her honesty towards Pattinson; in which he embraced her for; but for the quality of her music, came flooding in from around the world. Adaline’s intimate, vulnerable and eclectic blend of music reflects the same honest personality which caught the attention of Pattinson on that night.
Still an unsigned artist, Adaline has released her music through iTunes, previously receiving very few downloads. Since the meeting a week ago, those figures have soared, a result she says, has been years in the making.
With tracks ranging from baroque-sounding orchestral melodies to dirty rock, Famous for Fire ensures listeners that she is more than just a girl who encountered Pattinson; she is also a very talented musician, deserving more than 15 minutes of fame.
And does Robert Pattinson really hate shampoo, soap, showers, deodorant, even water, as much as these gossip sites believe, leading us all to think he smells like an old dirty man?
“Not at all!” she exclaims.
“I’d rather a little bit of a natural thing going on [anyway],” she says, giggling.
MyVisionTV caught up with Adaline, who openly talks about her recent success, and her music.
