Kid Cudi quits Lady Gaga tour
Lady Gaga’s The Monster Ball Tour has claimed another victim, with Kid Cudi leaving the support slot following Kanye’s departure prior to the tour’s kick off in October.
Contrary to the reason’s behind Kanye pulling the plug (poor ticket sales apparently, but it was just after that MTV incident), Kid Cudi’s announcement comes a mere five days after he punched a fan in attendence at one of his three sideshows in Vancouver.
Cudi lost his cool after he copped someone’s wallet in the face mid-show, to which he responded by chucking the wallet back into the crowd, hitting a guy who was not the owner, who then lobbed it back to the Brooklyn rapper. Cudi then jumped into the audience for a bit of fist action. Naturally.
Cudi’s demanding work schedule is being blamed for the saga; the incident occurred at his fifth show in three days. Let’s hope he’s more well-rested when he pops into Oz to play Good Vibrations 2010.

If someone threw their wallet at me, I wouldn’t throw it back
Finders keepers!
Kanye’s tour with GaGa was different, it was called Fame Kills and although some parts of the Monster Ball were admittedly inspired by it, GaGa says its original and was going to happen anyway (Feb 2010). She’s also just announced that she’s redoing the show for 2010 so it’s fresh, I’m so excited! Love GaGa, hate Cudi.
