Leena tours sweet sounds this February
Esteemed Melbournian singer and songwriter Leena will showcase her sweet, melodic talents with a tour this February and a new EP on the way.
The young chantuese came to the attention of Australia’s finest after the release of the lovely Mean Old Clock EP which was produced by the stellar likes of Josh Pyke, Joe Chicarelli (My Morning Jacket, Tori Amos, The Shins) and Mike Daly (Whiskeytown), attracting the favour of Paul Dempsey, Neil Finn and Josh Radin for support slots on their tours last year.
Leena’s warm and honest vocals simply drip with honey-sweet melodies, amplified on her impending EP release by a hot, sunny Summer spent writing material for it.
A sure-fix for Winter, the achingly sweet sounds of Leena and her lovely voice will shine a bit of light on any dismal day.
